Register as a Conference SponsoR

 

Sponsors who have paid their sponsorship fees by April 15, 2026, will have black/white versions of their logos included on a giveaway T-shirt provided to the first 300 attendees who check-in onsite at the conference.

The exhibit area will be open for attendees Monday morning through Wednesday afternoon.  Sponsors may set-up on Sunday after 3 pm, and break down after 4 pm on Wednesday afternoon.  For special accommodations, contact the sponsor coordinator.

**In order to be included on NIAIA signage or other items, sponsors must submit camera-ready logos with transparent backgrounds.

Diamond Sponsor—$20,000 (1 available)

  • Premium designated diamond sponsor area that includes up to three, 6’ tables and up to eight chairs, if needed.   
  • Preferred opportunity from available time slots to address the attendees in session for up to ten minutes during the first day of the conference.
  • Up to eight tickets to the 40th Anniversary Gala on Wednesday night.
  • An opportunity to place your company’s signage in the NIAIA registration area on Sunday, September 27, 2026.
  • An opportunity to have your company’s provided and approved promotional materials included in the package given to all conference attendees. Your items must be delivered to the NIAIA at the conference location by 3 pm Friday, September 25, 2026.
  • Once the non-refundable sponsor fee has been paid:
    • Your company’s name and/or logo will be added to any future NIAIA emails and flyer updates about the upcoming 2026 conference.
    • Your company’s logo will be added to the Sponsors/Partners page of the NIAIA website with a link to your website.  The logo will remain on the page until the start of the 2027 conference.

 

Platinum Sponsor—$10,000 (5 available)

  • Two 6’ tables and four chairs for your display.
  • Preferred choice of table placement in the main sponsor area.
  • Preferred opportunity from available time slots to address the attendees in session for up to five minutes during the first day of the conference.
  • Up to four tickets to the 40th Anniversary Gala on Wednesday night.
  • An opportunity to place your company’s signage in the NIAIA registration area on Sunday, September 27, 2026.
  • An opportunity to have your company’s provided and approved promotional materials included in the package given to all conference attendees. Your items must be delivered to the NIAIA at the conference location by 3 pm Friday, September 25, 2026.

    • Your company’s name and/or logo will be added to any future NIAIA emails and flyer updates about the upcoming 2026 conference.

Optional Add-Ons

Hospitality Night – $3,500 (Sunday)                     

  • Networking event in the Pelican/Heron Rooms.  Attendees will receive two tickets to exchange for drinks.
  • Sponsorship announced to attendees while in session leading up to the sponsored event.
  • An opportunity to place your company’s signage in the hospitality area.
  • Once the non-refundable sponsor fee has been paid, your company’s name will be added to the entry on the schedule about the event.

 

Hospitality Night – $3,500 (Monday)

  • Once the non-refundable sponsor fee has been paid, your company’s name and/or logo will be added to the entry on the schedule about the event.

 

40th Anniversary Gala – $7,500 (Wednesday), 3 available

  • A catered meal will be provided.
  • An opportunity to address the attendees during the dinner for up to five minutes.
  • An opportunity to place your company’s signage in the dinner area.
  • Event sponsors may bring branded merchandise to the event for the attendees.
  • Sponsorship announced to attendees while in session leading up to the sponsored event.
  • Once the non-refundable sponsor fee has been paid, your company’s name will be added to the entry on the schedule about the event.

 

Branded Room Keys – $2,500

Sponsor name and/or logo will be featured on hotel room keys.  Each attendee staying at the hotel for the conference will receive at least one such key at check-in.
