Register as a Conference SponsoR

Sponsors who have paid their sponsorship fees by March 15, 2025, will have black/white versions of their logos included on a giveaway T-shirt provided to the first 300 attendees who check-in onsite at the conference.

**In order to be included on NIAIA signage or other items, sponsors must submit camera-ready logos with transparent backgrounds.

Diamond Sponsor—$20,000 (1 available)

• Premium designated diamond sponsor area which includes up to four 6’ tables and up to eight chairs, if needed.   
• Preferred opportunity from available time slots to address the attendees in session for up to ten minutes during the first day of the conference.
• Free wifi in the sponsor area for up to six people during the conference.
• Up to six tickets to Tuesday’s Bats Baseball Bash event.
• An opportunity to place your company’s signage in the NIAIA registration area on Sunday, August 24, 2025.
• An opportunity to have your company’s provided and approved promotional materials included in the package given to all conference attendees. Your items must be delivered to the NIAIA at the conference location by 3 pm Friday, August 22, 2025.
• Once the non-refundable sponsor fee has been paid:
  • Your company’s name and/or logo will be added to any future NIAIA emails and flyer updates about the upcoming 2025 conference.
  • Your company’s logo will be added to the Sponsors/Partners page of the NIAIA website with a link to your website.  The logo will remain on the page until the start of the 2026 conference.

Platinum Sponsor—$10,000 (6 available)

• Two 6’ tables and four chairs for your display.
• Preferred choice of table placement in the main sponsor area.
• Preferred opportunity from available time slots to address the attendees in session for up to five minutes during the first day of the conference.
• Free wifi in the sponsor area for up to four people during the conference.
• Up to four tickets to Tuesday’s Bats Baseball Bash event.
• An opportunity to place your company’s signage in the NIAIA registration area on Sunday, August 24, 2025.

• Up to two tickets to Tuesday’s Bats Baseball Bash event.
• Once the non-refundable sponsor fee has been paid:
  • Your company’s name and/or logo will be added to any future NIAIA emails and flyer updates about the upcoming 2025 conference.
  • Your company’s logo will be added to the Sponsors/Partners page of the NIAIA website with a link to your website. The logo will remain on the page until the start of the 2026 conference.

Optional Add-Ons

Hospitality Night – $3,500 (Sunday)                     

• Networking event at local bar/restaurant.  Attendees will receive two tickets to exchange for designated drinks and some hot snack food will be provided.
• An opportunity to place your company’s signage in the hospitality area.
• Once the non-refundable sponsor fee has been paid, your company’s name and/or logo will be added to the entry on the schedule about the event.

Hospitality Night – $3,500 (Monday)

• Networking event at local bar/restaurant.  Attendees will receive two tickets to exchange for designated drinks and some hot snack food will be provided.
• Sponsorship announced to attendees while in session leading up to the sponsored event.
• An opportunity to place your company’s signage in the hospitality area.
• Once the non-refundable sponsor fee has been paid, your company’s name and/or logo will be added to the entry on the schedule about the event.

Bats Baseball Bash – $5,000 (Tuesday)

There will be a Networking Reception in the Humana Cabana at the Minor League Louisville Bats baseball game, Tuesday night, August 26, 2025, from approximately 6-9 pm. 

• An all-you-can-eat catered meal will be provided for two designated hours of the event, and there are multiple bars onsite. 
• We expect to have over 300 people in attendance at the event.
• Event sponsors may bring branded merchandise to the event for the attendees.
• Once the non-refundable sponsor fee has been paid, your company’s name and/or logo will be added to the entry on the schedule about the event.
